I had a wonderful experience with Finch Ford. This is a delayed review but I got a Ford Maverick earlier on in the year which was impossible to find. Only places had very base models and it was hard to commit. Finch Ford was one of the locations I called and they put me on a wait/cancellation list. My salesperson Justin let us know immediately and helped me through the process over the phone to get me this car. It was an order cancellation that had all the bells and whistles I wanted. He was incredibly thorough, professional and kind even when I hurt my foot and was delayed picking up the car. Their team worked with me in the financing department which was a seamless process, they helped me sell my old vehicle and gave me a great price on such a desired truck. I could not recommend this dealership enough and working with Justin Wiens! Thank you!
